Article 1 – Purpose

The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all orders placed with our Dubai Parfumerie team and sold on www.dubaiparfumerie.com. These conditions apply to all items and services offered on the website, prospectus, catalog or other company media, unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing.

These terms and conditions appear on our sales site and are systematically proposed when you validate your basket. Consequently, placing an order implies your full acceptance of these conditions without reservation.

Article 2 – Prices

The prices guaranteed to you are those displayed on the site at the time of ordering. Prices are in euros, unless otherwise stated, and exclude shipping and handling costs. Our company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability. These modifications may occur as a result of changes in certain economic factors, in particular changes in labor costs, the cost of raw materials, changes in the stock market and currency exchange rates in certain countries, or to meet your specific requirements.

All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros. Orders will be processed using the Paypal payment system via an account or payment by credit card.

Article 3 – Customs

In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the competence of our company. You will be responsible for all such costs, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to check with your local authorities.

The Dubai Parfumerie team reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received. Products remain the property of Dubai Parfumerie until full payment has been received.

Please note: As soon as the transport company takes physical possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you. Claims should then be made directly to them.

Article 5 – Validation of your order

All orders placed on the www.dubaiparfumerie.com website imply acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Any confirmation of an order implies your full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. You declare that you are fully aware of this. Confirmation of the order will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

Article 6 – Availability

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the www.dubaiparfumerie.com website and while stocks last. For products not in stock, our offers are subject to availability from our suppliers.

In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you by email inshaAllah. Your order will be automatically cancelled.

Article 7 – Delivery

In the case of deliveries by a carrier, the Dubai Parfumerie team cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due exclusively to the customer’s unavailability after several proposed appointments.

Article 8 – Warranty

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as stipulated in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by e-mail within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, including all accessories and packaging.

Article 9 – Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty.

Returns must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this case, you are liable. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may defeat the right of withdrawal.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Dubai Parfumerie team will reimburse the sums paid, within 30 days of notification of your request and via the same means of payment used at the time of the order.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to the sale of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

Article 10 – Intellectual property

All elements of the www.dubaiparfumerie.com website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or audio. Any simple link or hypertext link is strictly forbidden without the express written consent of the company.

The company reserves the right to collect nominative information and personal data about you. They are required to process your order and improve the services and information we send you.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to personal information and data concerning you, directly on the website.
