The prices guaranteed to you are those displayed on the website at the time of your order. Prices are shown in euros unless otherwise specified and exclude processing and shipping fees. Our company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; however, the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed, subject to availability. These adjustments may result from changes in specific economic factors such as labor costs, raw material prices, fluctuations in stock markets, currency exchange rates, or specific customer requirements.

All orders, regardless of origin, must be paid in euros. Payments can be made via the PayPal system, either through a PayPal account or by credit card.

Article 3 – Customs

For orders shipped to countries outside mainland France, you are considered the importer of the product(s) in question. Customs duties, local taxes, import fees, or state taxes may apply. These charges are beyond the control of our company and will be your sole responsibility. It is your duty to handle any necessary declarations and payments to the appropriate authorities and organizations in your country.

We strongly recommend that you inquire about these potential costs with your local customs and taxation authorities before placing an order.

Article 4 – Orders

Contractual information is provided in French or English and will be confirmed no later than at the time of your order validation.

The Dubai Parfumerie team reserves the right to refuse payment or not confirm an order for any reason, particularly in cases of supply issues or difficulties related to the received order. Products remain the property of Dubai Parfumerie until full payment has been made.

Important: Once the shipping company physically takes possession of the ordered products, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you. Any claims must then be directed to the carrier.

Article 5 – Order Confirmation

Any order placed on the website www.dubaiparfumerie.com implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By confirming your order, you agree unconditionally to these terms, without exception or reservation.

All information provided and the confirmation recorded will serve as proof of the transaction. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you fully understand and accept these terms. The order confirmation will be considered as a signature and formal agreement to the operations carried out.

Article 6 – Availability

Our products are offered as long as they are displayed on the website www.dubaiparfumerie.com and within the limits of available stock. For products not in stock, our offers are subject to availability from our suppliers.

In the event of a product becoming unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp, inshaAllah. Your order will then be automatically canceled.

Article 7 – Shipping

For shipments handled by a carrier, Dubai Parfumerie cannot be held liable for delays caused solely by the client’s unavailability after multiple delivery attempts or for parcels delivered to a pickup point and not collected by the client.

Free shipping applies as follows:

• For orders of €90 or more within France and Europe, if serviced by Mondial Relay.
• For orders of €200 or more to French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM).
• For orders of €300 or more for the rest of the world.

Article 8 – Warranty

All claims, exchange requests, or refund requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original condition, including all components (accessories, packaging, etc.).

Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason or incurring penalties.

Returns must be made in their original, complete condition (including packaging, accessories, and instructions). You are responsible for ensuring the product is returned undamaged. Any damage to the product may void your right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Dubai Parfumerie will refund the amounts paid within 30 days of receiving your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method as used for the original order.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to the sale of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or to items that, by their nature, cannot be returned, are perishable, or are likely to deteriorate rapidly.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the website www.dubaiparfumerie.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use any part of the website, whether software, visual, or audio elements, for any purpose, even partially, without express written consent from the company.

Any simple or hypertext link to the site is strictly prohibited without prior explicit written agreement from the company.
