If you wish to return an item, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
– You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
– The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Any item that is returned damaged, used, or without its original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
– For hygiene reasons, opened or tested perfumes cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

and provide your order number.
2. Approval of your request: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Shipping the package: You must return the item at your own expense using a tracked shipping service. Dubai Parfumerie does not cover return shipping costs.
4. Receipt and inspection: Upon receiving the item, we will verify its condition before approving the refund.

3. Refund
– Once the return is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
– Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
– If you received a free shipping offer and the return brings your order below the required threshold for the offer, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, you must return your item and place a new order.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging at contact@dubaiparfumerie.com. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).

6. Exceptions
– Samples and sample sets: These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
– Bulk orders: Returns are not accepted for large quantity orders without prior agreement.
